What does F5 stand for? Faith, Fitness, Fellowship, Fortitude, and Fun which correlate w/ the Spirtiual, Physical, Emotional, Mental, and Social- the 5 components of whole person health!

F5 also just happens to be the "refresh" button on the computer. Why F5? “So that, by God’s will, I may come to you with joy and be "refreshed" in your company.” Romans 15:32
